CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions from Operating Schedule
(a) General
1. The hotel shall be open to residents only and alcohol must only be sold to guests.
2. Beverages other than intoxicating liquor must be available for consumption.
(b) The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A security camera must be positioned behind the reception desk to monitor the movement of guests entering and leaving the premises.
2. A P.I.R. indicator must be installed sounding when guests are entering and leaving thehall.
3. Doors to the bar and dining room shall be locked at night and not opened again until breakfast.
4. The key to the till must not be left in the till.
5. Alcohol must be locked away in a store room.
6. The car park shalll be lit by security lighting.
(c) Public Safety
1. The hotel must be fitted with smoke detectors, fire alarm, fire extinquishers, break glass points and emergency lighting.
2. Two night lights shall be left on all night.
3. A push button shall be installed in the hall for summoning assistance which rings in the owners accommodation.
4. Emergency details must be displayed on bedroom doors and in the Information Pack.
(d) The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. 'Information Packs' must instruct guests to be sensitive to other guests and neighbours on entering the grounds and premises.
2. The disposal of glass bottles must be during daylight hours.
3. Deliveries necessary for the operation of the business must be carried out at times and in such a way as to prevent nuisance and disturbance to neighbours.
4. Background music only must be played in the bar lounge.
(e) The Protection of Children from Harm
1. A sign behind the bar must be displayed stating that no alcohol shall be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
2. The hotel shall be 100% non smoking
3. Bookings must not be accepted from anyone under the age of 18.
4. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
