CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. The sale of intoxicating liquor must only be to residents of the guesthouse, their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by residents or their private friends so entertained by them on the premises with a meal supplied but to be consumed off the premises.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Intoxicating liquor must only be sold or supplied on the premises to persons residing there or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such persons or their private friends so entertained by them on the premises with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor must be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as ancillary to meals served in the premises.
Public Safety
1. Workplace regulations must be complied with. Fire risk assessments must be carried out in accordance with fire precautions (workplace) regulations.
2. Fire safety - all smoke detectors, heat detectors, emergency lighting, fire alarm call points, water extinguishers, dry powder extinguishers, fire blankets and fire alarm indicator panel must be checked on a regular basis.
3. Means of escape must be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identified.
4. All floor coverings must be secured and maintained.
5. The electrical system including portable appliances must be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety.
6. Adequate first aid provisions and arrangements must be in place at all times.
7. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor must be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as ancillary to meals served on the premises.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Noise created from residents in the garden area must not cause noise nuisance to neighbours.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Supervision shall be ensured at all times in the dining room, patio, lounge, conservatory and garden area.
