CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
(a) Public Safety
1. Workplace regulations must be complied with. Fire risk assessments must be carried out in accordance with fire precautions (workplace) regulations.
2. Fire safety - all smoke detectors, heat detectors, emergency lighting, fire alarm callpoints, water extinguishers, dry powder extinguishers, fire blankets and fire alarm indicator panel must be checked on a regular basis.
3. Means of escape must be maintained unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identified.
4. All floor coverings must be secured and maintained.
5. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor must be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as ancillary to meals served on the premises.
(b) Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Noise created from residents in the garden area must not cause noise nuisance to neighbours.
