CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. The premises shall operate as a delicatessen with a cafe/coffee shop area where customers can consume food and drink
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises will have CCTV installed at the premises to the satisfaction of the police, and must operate at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings must be kept for a minimum of 14 days, during which time the police shall have access and be provided with downloaded images at any reasonable time.
2. The premises will have food available at all times the premises are open to the public.
3. The premises will provide training to all staff in relation to their responsibilities with regards to the Licensing Act, in particular regarding drunkenness, drugs and underage issues. The management will also provide regular refresher training to all staff.
4. The premises will serve alcohol by waiting staff only and customers will be seated at tables.
5. The till drawer will be removed at the close of business.
Public Safety
1. The premises shall have a First Aid Kit available.
2. The premises will adhere to the Fire Safety Act 2005 at all times.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. All rubbish produced shall be kept in secure bins.
2. After 8pm patrons of the premises must be reminded by staff to leave in a quiet and orderly manner so as to not unreasonably disturb nearby residents and a prominent notice shall be displayed to this effect at the exit.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 Policy whereby any person who appears under the age of 25 will be required to produce an approved form of identification.
2. No under 18's shall be permitted on the premises after 9pm unless accompanied by a responsible adult who is taking a meal.
3. An exception of under 18's being permitted on the premises after 9pm shall be to attend a pre-arranged private function in the company of a responsible adult and where the premises are closed to the public.
