The prevention of crime and disorder
1. CCTV shall be maintained in good working order. There are 9 cameras on the premises.
Public safety
1. The entrance door shall normally be locked (without impeding fire escape requirements) so as to allow residents to enter by using their key but otherwise so as to require all persons to ring the bell for admission.
2. The additional emergency lighting shall be maintained in good working order.
3. The external lighting shall be activiated by movement sensor.
4. Electrical and gas checks and safety inspections shall be regularly carried out.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. Double glazing is installed and shall be maintained in good repair.
2. A substantial proportion of the customers are residents who shall not be leaving the premises at the end of the evening.
3. The construction of the property and the double glazing shall ensure minimal disturbance to passers-by and residents in the area. Part of the premises are below ground level which shall restrict noise escape.
4. It shall not be anticipated for public functions to take place more than approximately once a month.
The protection of children from harm
1. The restrictions set out in the Licensing Act 2003 must apply to these premises.
2. Staff shall be alert to and aware of issues of underage drinking.
