General
1. The four objectives shall be monitored continually to remain within the licence and the law.
2. The hotel shall only be open to residents.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The hotel shall be only open to residents and ages of under 18s shall be known.
2. Sales to under 18s must not be allowed.
3. Plastic glasses shall be used around the pool area.
4. CCTV shall be in the reception area.
5. The till drawer must be emptied at the end of the night.
6. The premises shall not be open to the public.
7. The residents shall have their own keys.
Public Safety
1. A dance floor shall be available in the dining room with seating in the lounge area.
2. Doorways and aisles must be kept clear.
3. Emergency lighting must be in all areas of the hotel.
4. Fire exits must be kept clear.
5. A first aid box must be provided.
6. Fire safety equipment must be provided and an annual fire check carried out.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Entertainment shall cease at 11pm except on New Years Eve and Bank Holidays.
2. Noise after 11pm shall be kept to a minimum.
3. Residents who come and go from the premises shall be monitored.
4. All rubbish provided shall be kept in secure bins.
5. Deliveries and disposals shall be done during daylight hours.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Children shall generally be supervised by their parents.
2. Entertainment shall be of a suitable nature.
3. There must be no cigarette sales.
4. Suitable ID shall be sought from anyone who appears to be under the age of 18.
