  MANDATORY CONDITION:  WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

   

  1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
   

  ()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
   

  ()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

   

  2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  ANNEXE 2

   

  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

• General

   

  1.              Existing Company procedures shall continue to be applied to the premises in relation to the additional hours that are requested.

   

  2.              The operating schedule does not preclude any private entertainment as defined under the Private Places of Entertainment (Licensing) Act 1967.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              The Company shall continue to be committed to strict compliance with the law in the course of the operation of its premises and to maintaining good standards of behaviour by its customers.

   

  2.              The measures identified in the Overview of Operations shall continue to apply to the additional hours sought by this variation.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              JD Wetherspoon shall continue ongoing risk assessments in order to comply with Health and Safety legislation.

   

  2.              The measures identified in the Overview of Operations shall continue to apply to the additional hours sought by this variation.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              There shall be no change in the trading terms of these premises other than the later opening hours sought by this variatoin.

   

  2.              The existing measures identified in the Overview of Operations shall continue to apply to the additional hours sought by this variation.

   

  The Protection of Children From Harm

   

  1.              Children shall be required to vacate the bar by 21.00 hrs unless they are eating in which case they shall be required to vacate the bar by 21.30hrs. 

   

  2.              Children must always be accompanied by an adult who shall be required to maintain constant supervision of them.

   

  3.              The measures identified in the Overview of Operations shall continue to apply.

  ANNEXE 3

   

  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

• The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              A CCTV system of an evidential standard must be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system must be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public.  All recordings from that system must be kept for a period of 31 days and the police to have access to recordings at any reasonable time.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises must not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.

   

  2.              The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen must operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.

   

  3.              Regular maintenance must be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise and odour disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.
