ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.
2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
None
1 CCTV with a monitor shall be provided and maintained in good working order on the stairs.
2 Cash must not be left on the premises overnight.
3 Large groups of males shall not be permitted.
4 Persons who appear under the influence of alcohol must not be admitted to the premises.
5 The stairwell must be well lit and fitted with handrails.
6 The passageway to the toilets must be well lit.
7 Fire fighting and detection equipment must be provided and maintained.
8 The music provided must be of a background nature and shall not be audible outside of the premises.
9 Liquor must not be served to any person apparently under the age of 18. If there is any doubt staff must seek suitable identification.
ANNEXE 3
CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
2. The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen shall operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
3. Regular maintenance shall be carried out on all plant and machinery to ensure that noise and odour disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.
