ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

1.              The licensee shall ensure that there will be no over consumption of alcohol or any anti-social behaviour on the premises.

2.              Supply of all alcohol under the licence shall be made or authorised by the DPS.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              The licensee shall work with the police to ensure the premises does not contribute in any way to any alcohol related crime or disorder in the neighbourhood.

2.              The premises shall join a Neighbourhood Watch or any other related scheme in the area.

Public Safety

1.              At least one qualified first aider shall be present on the premises during all opening hours.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              The nature of the business, serving food with alcohol, shall no encourage customers to behave in an unreasonable manner.

2.              Takeaway alcohol shall be sold responsibly.

3.              Noise emanating from the premises shall not be louder than any other noise.

The Protection of Children From Harm

1.              No alcohol shall be sold to anyone under the age of 18.

2.              No one under the age of 16 shall be allowed to drink alcohol on the premises.

3.              All alcohol shall be clearly marked.
