Conditions transferred from the Residential Licence
1 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in licensed premises.
General

The prevention of crime and disorder
1. Till must be emptied nightly.
2. Alcohol consumption shall be monitored.
3. Lighting to front and side of premises shall be maintained.
4. Admission shall not be given to intoxicated or rowdy people.
Public safety
1. The front terrace/patio shall be walled.
2. There must be lighting to the front and side of the premises.
3. Handrails must be maintained to the outside steps and internal stairs.
4. Fire precautions must comply with all requirements for the fire officer.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises such as to cause persons in the neighbourhood to be unreasonably disturbed. Noise should not be audible within any noise sensitive premises with windows open for normal ventilation especially after 23.00 hours. The criteria applied from boundary to nearest residential property are;
(a) Before 23.00 - Noise emanating from the premises shall not be clearly distinguishable above other noise.
(b) After 23.00 - Noise emanating from the premises shall not be clearly distinguishable above background levels of noise.
(c) The Local Authority shall reserve the right in cases of tonal noise and where premises are attached to others to make further assessments from within the residential property.
2. To allow live and amplified music indoors and to reduce noise breakout, doors and windows facing onto any noise sensitive premises (e.g. dwelling) shall be kept shut during entertainment.
3. The volume of amplified sound used in connection with the entertainment provided shall at all times be under the control of the management.
The protection of children from harm
1. House rule shall prohibit sale of alcohol to those under 18. ID must be provided where there is doubt of legal age.
2. Children who are admitted must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
