General
1. All staff must be made aware of the importance of all four licensing objectives and trained accordingly.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. There must be continued use of the CCTV on the inside of the premises, so all areas shall be monitored.
2. Proof of age shall be required before serving alcohol to anyone appearing to be under the age of 18.
3. Staff shall be trained accordingly.
Public Safety
1. Non-slip tape must be applied to the staired entrance, also with handrails.
2. All exits must be clearly marked and kept clear at all times.
3. All fittings and equipment must be maintained in good, safe order.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. No person deemed to be unfit to consume further alcohol shall be served.
2. People leaving late shall be requested to be considerate of the neighbours.
3. Bottle and refuse bins outside shall not be dealt with after 11pm to reduce any noise levels.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Conditions Transferred from the Restaurant Licence
1. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
