The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A notice shall be displayed outside the premises showing the opening and closing times.
2. The premises shall accommodate 30 customers for the consumption of food.
3. Customers who may cause an annoyance to others or have consumed too much alcohol shall not be permitted on the premises.
4. CCTV must be installed and maintained in good working order.
5. No alcohol shall be served to people under 18.
6. Shatterproof glasses must be used.
Public Safety
1. Fire equipment must be maintained in good repair.
2. Sanitary washing facilities must be maintained in good repair.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Refuse must not be put out until the morning collection.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcoholic drinks must not be served to children.
