The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 Internal CCTV must be provided and maintained in good working order on the entrance.
2 Door entry bells shall be provided and maintained.
3 The till drawer must be emptied at the end of the night and left open and empty.
4 Burglar alarm system shall be in place on the ground floor windows and doors.
5 Drunk and disorderly behaviour must not be tolerated.
6 Flood lighting shall be in place on the premises.
7 Patrons residing on the premises shall have their own keys.
Public Safety
8 A full fire certificate must be in place and an annual fire check conducted.
9 Exits must be clearly marked and free from obstruction at all times.
10 Emergency lighting must be provided.
11 A first aid box must be available.
12 Smoke detectors must be provided and maintained.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
13 Deliveries and disposals must be conducted during daylight hours.
14 A taxi telephone number shall be provided for patrons.
15 Any rubbish produced must be kept in secure bins at the rear of the premises.
16 Noise levels must be regularly checked by the management during entertainment.
The Protection of Children from Harm
17 Children must be accompanied by an adult.
18 Cigarette sales are prohibited.
19 Identification must be sought from any person attempting to purchase alcohol who appears under the age of 18.
