General
1. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made and authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Till drawers shall be removed at the end of the night and the till left open and empty.
2. Drunk and disorderly behaviour must not be tolerated.
Public Safety
1. An accident book and first aid box must be provided.
2. Fire Exit must be kept free from obstruction.
3. Fire safety equipment and emergency lighting must be in place.
4. Chefs shall be trained in basic food hygiene.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Noise from the premises shall not be audible within any dwelling with windows open for normal ventilation especially after 23.00 hours. This shall be assessed from the boundary to the nearest residential properties, on all sides of the licensed premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Young people who appear to be under the age of 21 shall be asked for age identification before they are served alcoholic drinks.
2. Staff shall be trained in these procedures.
3. Proof of age shall normally be required by: (i) passport, (ii) driving licence etc.
