(a) General
1. There shall be clear and concise signs and guidance to all bar staff as to the licencing objectives.
2. There shall be clear and concise signs informing patrons as to the objectives the premises complies with.
(b) Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A CCTV camera system must be in operation 24 hours a day and recorded and saved for minimum of 28 days.
2. The use or distribution of Class A Drugs must not be allowed.
3. Prostitution, or the sale of unlawful pornographic material must not be allowed.
4. Gaming or gambling must not be permitted on the premises.
5. The organisation of racist activity, or the promotion of racist attacks must not permitted.
6. The sale of smuggled/contraband tobacco and alcohol must not be permitted.
7. Any person who is clearly intoxicated must not be served.
8. Anti social behaviour must be stopped immediately.
9. There must be a clear and concise policy to keep out undesirables and known troublemakers.
(c) Public Safety

9. Bar staff shall be instructed to promote the use of taxis.
10. If a customer does become intoxicated, safe transport home shall be arranged.
(d) The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. There must be a sign in a prominent position at the exit telling patrons to be quiet on departure from the premises.
2. Notice in position at the exit informing patrons that after leaving the premises they will be entering a No Alcohol Zone.
3. A lobbied entrance must be proved to avoid the transmission of sound.
4. Double glazing shall be installed to the front of the premises to avoid the transmission of sound.
5. The volume of sound used in connection of the music provided shall at all times be under control of the licensee or management and not accessible to the public.
6. Public car parks shall be available near by to avoid on street parking.
(e) The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Persons under the age of 18 years must not be permitted on the premises. If in doubt, age verification should be asked for.
