ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.
2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

1 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.

1. Young people who appear to be under the age of 21 shall be asked for age identification before they are served alcoholic drinks.
2. Proof of age shall normally be required by reference to one of the following:-
i. Passport
ii. EU photo card driving licence
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) card
iv. A CitizenCard, supported by the Home Office
v. An official identity card issued by HM Forces or by an European Union country bearing a photograph and the date of birth of the bearer.
ANNEXE 3
1. A CCTV camera shall be fitted to cover the outdoor courtyard, with a monitor behind the bar servery on the ground floor. Such system shall be maintained and used throughout the time the premises are open to the public. All recordings shall be kept for a minimum of 14 days, during which time the police shall have access at any reasonable time.
