The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1 Till drawers shall be removed at the end of the night.
2 Drunk and disorderly persons must not be admitted to the premises.
3 Drugs must not be tolerated on the premises.
4 Patrons must not be permitted to leave the premises with any glass or bottles.
Public Safety
5 A first aid box shall be provided.
6 An annual fire check must be conducted.
7 Fire exits must be kept free from obstruction.
8 Fire safety equipment must be provided and maintained.
9 Staff must be trained in emergency procedures and regular fire drills conducted.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
10 Cooking, noxious or persistent smells must not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
11 The extract system in the kitchen must operate in such a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
12 All rubbish produced must be stored in secure bins.
13 Bottle disposal must be carried out during daylight hours.
14 A taxi number shall be provided for the use of patrons.
The Protection of Children from Harm
15 Any person who appears to be under the age of 18 must be asked for suitable identification.
16 Staff must be suitably trained to prevent the sale of alcohol to under 18’s.
