The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Drunk and disorderly customers must not be served on the premises.
2. Regular glass and bottle collection must be undertaken throughout the day.
3. Customers must not leave the premises with glasses or bottles.
Public Safety
1. Fire safety equipment must be provided and checked annually.
2. Staff must be trained in emergency procedures and a first aid box must be provided.
3. Exits must be kept free from obstruction.
4. Any spillages must be cleaned up immediately.
5. Suitable signage must be provided in case of spillages.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. All rubbish must be cleared away and kept in secure padlocked bins which are emptied daily.
2. Bottles must be disposed of daily and recycled.
3. Patrons must be asked to leave quietly at the end of the night.
4. A designated taxi number shall be available to take patrons home quickly.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Staff must be trained to ask for suitable ID from anyone who appears to be under the age of 18.
2. All children must be accompanied by adults.
3. No cigarette machines shall be allowed on the premises.
