General
1. Notices must be displayed in relevant areas.
2. Staff must be trained as required.
3. Premises supervisor must check all licensing objectives are completed.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. CCTV must be in operation at the premises with tapes retained for 14 days.
2. Staff must be trained to prevent the sale of alcohol to under age people.
3. Glass and bottle collections shall be regularly undertaken.
4. Glasses must be made of toughened glass.
5. Drinks must not be comsumed striaght from a glass bottle.
Public safety
1. Adequate access for emergency vehicles shall be provided.
2. Fixtures and fittings must be checked regularly.
3. A First Aider shall be present at all times.
4. All exits must be kept clear and checked regularly.
5. Fire precautions must comply with all requirements for the fire officer and maintained regularly.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. Windows and doors must be closed during entertainment.
2. Deliveries shall be carried out in normal working hours.
3. Refuse and bottles must be disposed of in normal working hours.
4. Refuge must be securely stored with litter kept to a minimum.
5. CCTV shall monitor the car park when people are leaving or being asked to leave the premises quietly.
The protection of children from harm
1. Bar staff shall be trained to be aware of and alert to issues of underage drinking.
2. Only plastic glasses must be permitted in the beer garden.
