ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.
2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions transferred from the Restaurant Licence
1 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal.
2 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
Conditions transferred from the Supper Hours Certificate
Alcohol may be sold or supplied for one hour following the end of permitted hours and on Christmas day, between 3pm and 7pm to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the premises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes or in other parts of the premises the permitted hours shall continue to apply.
Restrictions transferred from the Restaurant Licence
The restrictions related to the permitted hours do not prohibit during the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there when the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals.
General
1. All the customers shall only be served alcohol when consuming food.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. All alcoholic drinks shall be waitress served to the tables and only to those seated within the correct area.
Public Safety
1. As the working area is very near to the front window it shall be easy for the DPS and staff to visually supervise.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. There shall be no bottles of any description outside the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Nobody shall be served who the staff suspects are underage.
2. Nobody shall be served who is already drunk.
3. Proof of age shall be required from anybody suspected of being underage by means of a current driving licence or passport etc.
