General
1. Staff shall continue to be trained on an ongoing basis to the standards required.
2. The club shall continue to observe all conditions on the existing licence as varied by this licence.
3. The club shall continue to operate under its club rules, which are generally standard throughout the Rileys estate.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The existing CCTV system shall continue to operate during the additional hours of trading.
2. All members of the club must have a card with clear identification, including date of birth. These details are retained on the systems.
3. There shall be controlled access at the door, to ensure only members and guests are admitted.
4. The premises shall continue to cary out risk assessments relating to the prevention of crime and disorder, the banking of monies taken, and shall continue to liaise regularly with the police.
Public Safety
1. The licensses shall continue to carry out full risk assessments in respect of fire safety, health and safety, and shall continue to upgrade these assessments on a twice yearly basis as currently. The premises shall go through an audit process on a regular basis to check the validity of the assessments.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The premises shall be committed to being an asset to the local community, and shall regularly assess the operations impact on neighbours and the locality.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. The premises shall have junior membership for persons under 18. The membership card is a different colour from others but the management staff are usually aware of their identity but can easily check them.
2. They shall be kept away from the part of the bar that serves alcohol and are restricted usually to the snooker and pool area.
