General
1. No alcohol shall be supplied when a Designated Supervisor is not on the premises or when the Designated Supervisors License has been suspended.
2. Alcohol shall not be served to persons that are believed to be intoxicated.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. Notices shall be displayed stating opening and closing times for residents and non residents for the supply of alcohol.
2. Notices shall be displayed stating times when music or karaoke shall be available.
3. CCTV shall cover the hallways and front porch.
4. There shall be 'No Drinking Zones' in Hallways. Alcohol shall not be permitted to be taken off the premises.
Public safety
1. Fire extinguishers shall be situated on the ground floor hallway. A 'break glass alarm in case of fire'. Shall be to hand.
2. In case of power failure emergency lighting shall be in the hallways leading to the exits.
3. All rooms off the hallway shall have fire resistant doors. Fire alarm is fitted and shall be maintained in good repair.
4. A First Aid kit and Accident Report Book shall be available.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. All doors and windows shall be closed 00.00 hours.
2. Karaoke and music shall be turned off at 02.00. The majority of music activities shall normally take place during 'main season' and Christmas.
3. Guests shall not be permitted to use the front garden after 00.00 hours.
4. Emptying of bottles and bins shall not take place after 23.00 hours.
The protection of children from harm
1. No alcohol shall be served to persons under the age of 18, if in doubt photographic ID must be produced.
2. Children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult whilst in the bar area.
