  MANDATORY CONDITION:  WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

   

  1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
   

  ()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
   

  ()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

   

  2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.               Alcohol must only be served to the tables at all times.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.               Fire safety equipment must be provided and annually serviced.

   

  2.               Exits must be kept free from obstruction at all times.

   

  3.               Emergency procedures must be in place.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               All rubbish must be stored in secure bins.

   

  2.               Bottle disposal must be carried out during daylight hours.

   

  3.               There shall be a designated taxi company to collect patrons.

   

  4.               Patrons must be asked to leave quietly.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.               Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

   

  2.               Identification must be sought if someone appears to be under age.

  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.               Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.

   

  2.               The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
