CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions transferred from the Supper Hours Certificate
1. Alcohol may be sold or supplied for one hour following the end of permitted hours and on Christmas day, between 3pm and 7pm to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the premises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes or in other parts of the premises the permitted hours shall continue to apply.
General
1. Management shall not be advertising increased facilities. These are sought to catch the odd passer-by, but more importantly to entertain and cater for groups from other hotels using same travel company, and short-term 'friends' made of other holidaymakers by their residents.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. Cash tills shall be emptied nightly.
2. Alcohol consumption shall be monitored.
3. Lighting shall be in place at the front of the premises.
4. Admission shall not be granted to large groups or persons who are rowdy or drunk.
Public safety
1. Handrails to front steps and internal stairs shall be maintained.
2. Fire certificate, and fire installations must comply with all requirements for the fire officer and maintained in accordance.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. Live and recorded music shall take place in the New Lounge which is fully double glazed.
2. Background music shall also be in the Dining Room for ambience. Music shall not be heard outside of the premises.
3. Live music shall be approximately twice weekly when there shall be a sufficient number of guests.
The protection of children from harm
1. Children shall only be admitted in the company of a responsible adult.
2. There must be no sale/supply of alcohol to persons under 18. ID must be produced when an individual is suspected of being under 18.
