ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS TRANSFERRED FROM THE LICENCE

1. Substantial food to be available during licensing hours.

2. Licensing hours shall be as per the district save as is provided by a Special Order of Exemption or Supper Hour Certificate.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              There shall be security lighting provided at the front and rear of the premises.

2.              Till drawers shall be removed at the end of the night and no cash shall be left on the premises.

3.              There shall be a live street camera opposite the premises.

Public Safety

1.              Emergency exits shall always be kept unobstructed.

2.              Fire Safety equipment shall be on hand.

3.              There shall be a first aid box and accident books on hand.

4.              Emergency lights shall be on in the cafe.

5.              Flooring shall be carpeted on the public side.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              All deliveries shall take place during the day.

2.              No bottle deliveries during the evening shall take place.

3.              Rubbish shall be placed in a lockable bin at the rear of the premises and only bin bags shall be placed in late i.e. 10pm.

The Protection of Children From Harm

1.              There shall be no cigarette sales on the premises.

2.              Alcohol must only be served to people over 18 and ID shall be asked if in doubt, and then only shall be served when a proprietor is satisfied of authenticity of ID.

3.              Service shall be refused if in doubt.
ANNEXE 3

CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              All drinks shall be served in toughened or strengthened glasses and no alcohol shall be served in glass bottles from which it is intended or likely that a person shall drink.

2.              In repsect of the outside area covered by a Council Pavement Permit, all drinks shall be consumed by persons sat at tables.

3.              The outside area covered by a Council Pavement Permit, shall not be used after 11.00pm each day.
