ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

General

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              You must refuse to serve anyone who appears to be under the influence of too much alcohol.

2.              Patrons shall not be permitted to leave the premises with any glass or bottles which belong to the premises.

Public Safety

1.              There shall be clearly marked fire exits and fire extinguishers.

2.              No drinks shall be allowed out of the bar area.

3.              Fire checks shall be done annually.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              Bottles and cans shall not be disposed off late at night.

2.              All rubbish must be secured at the rear of the premises where there are secure lidded bins.

The Protection of Children From Harm

1.              No alcoholic drinks shall be served to under 18 year olds, suitable ID shall be requested if there is doubt.
Conditions transferred from the Residential Licence

1 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such persons their private friends so entertained by them on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.

2 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in licensed premises.
