The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. A CCTV system of an evidential standard shall be installed to the satisfaction of the police and the system shall be kept in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from the system shall be kept for a period of 31 days and the police shall have access to recordings at any reasonable time.
Public Safety

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Notices shall be displayed requesting guests to leave in a quiet and orderly manner.
2. Staff shall ensure they leave the premises quietly.
3. The handling of beer kegs, bottles and other similar items must not take place in the late evening, at night or during the early morning.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Young people who appear to be under the age of 21 shall be asked for age identification before they are served alcoholic drinks.
2. Proof of age shall normally be required by reference to one of the following:-
i. Passport
ii. EU photo card driving licence
iii. Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) card
iv. A CitizenCard, supported by the Home Office.
v. An official identity card issued by HM Forces or by a European Union country bearing a photograph and the date of birth of the bearer.
3. A refusal register shall be kept on the premises.
