MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              The residents shall have their own keys.

2.              No disorderly conduct shall be allowed.

3.              Cash must be locked away.

Public Safety

1.              The premises must hold a fire certificate.

2.              The premises must have fire safety equipment.

3.              The premises must have a first aid box.

4.              Emergency exits must be unobstructed.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              Deliveries shall be made during the day.

2..              Disposal of rubbish shall be done in the daytime.

3.              Cooking smells shall not cause a nuisance.

The Protection of Children From Harm

1.              If customers appear to be under 18, ID must be supplied.

2.              Children must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area.
