The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV coverage shall be in place consisting of 3 cameras situated in the reception/entrance area, the bar and the function room.
2. There must be no issues as to the use of illegal drugs on the premises.
3. The licensees shall provide a 45 minute winding down period at the end of permitted hours.
Public Safety
1. All safety certificates and inspection reports must be kept on site and made available for inspection when required.
2. First aid equipment and materials must be available.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Persons attending functions shall normally leave reasonably quietly and quickly at the end of functions rather than moving on towards other licensed premises in the vicinity.
2. The premises shall cater generally for an older and more mature customer base.
3. The entrance lobby and the solid construction of the property shall ensure that there is unlikely to be disturbance to passers by or local residents.
4. Noise or vibration from the premiss shall not be excessive so as to give rise to reasonable complaint.
5. Guests leaving the premises shall be reminded not to stand around talking in the street but to leave quietly.
6. Management shall control the sound levels of the music and entertainment.
7. The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises shall be kept to a minimum after 23.00 hours.
8. The volume of amplified sound used in connection with the entertainment provided shall at all times be under the control of the management.
9. External doors and windows shall be kept shut from 22.00 hours when entertainment is being provided to reduce noise breakout.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. A proof of age scheme shall be operated within the premises.
2. The nature of the premises means that the majority of guests shall be residents and such shall be known to the licensees and bar staff.
