The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises shall not allow the use of Class A drugs.
2 The premises shall not allow the organisation of racist activity or the promotion of racist attacks.
3. There must not be discounted drinks or encourage excessive consumption.
4. There must not be allowed entry to anyone who is intoxicated.
5. There must not be service to anyone who is intoxicated.
6. There must stop anti-social behaviour.
7. They shall use toughened glasses, where possible and do not serve drinks in bottles.
Public Safety
1. There must be no tolerance the use of Class A drugs.
2. There do not allow prostitution or the sale of unlawful pornography.
3. Gaming or gambling must not be permitted on the premises.
4. The premises shall not allow the organisation of racist activity or the promotion of racist attacks.
5. The sale of smuggled tobacco and alcohol shall not be permitted.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Measures shall be taken to deal with potential nuisance, e.g. noise from music.
2. There shall be signs near the exit requesting that patrons leave the premises quietly and to disburse away from the premises as quickly as possible.
3. Levels of sound must be kept to an acceptable level, as not to cause a nuisance to neighbours and the general public.
4. All windows and doors must be kept shut.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. If in doubt, you must ask for age identification.
2. You must not serve minors.
3. Persons under the age of 18 must not be allowed on the premises, except members of the family.
4. There shall be a sign positioned outside the premises stating that no person under the age of 18 is allowed on the premises.
