CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. Live-in full-time staff.
2. We will maintain an active and positive relationship with the police and local authority.
3. We do not serve alcohol. If we hire out rooms for private events inclusive of alcohol, we will request that the person hiring the room applies for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for the sale of Alcohol.
4. The Premises Licence Holder and staff will ensure that procedures are in place to prevent anti-social behaviour and crime and disorder from occurring at the premises.
Public safety

The protection of children from harm
1. We only hire staff who have DBS clearance.
2. No persons under the age of 18 years will be permitted in the premises after 2100 hours, unless they are consuming a meal in the company of a responsible adult, in which case they will not be permitted in the premises after 2200 hours with the exception of what follows:
no persons under the age of 18 years will be permitted in the premises after 2200 hours unless they attend a pre-arranged private function in the company of a responsible adult and where the premises are closed to the public.
