  MANDATORY CONDITION:  EXHIBITION OF FILMS

   

  1)       Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body.

   

  2)       Where -

   

  ()        the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or
   

  ()        the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this condition applies to the film in question,
   

  admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority.

   

  In the case of the aforementioned conditions

                “children” means persons aged under 18; and

                “film classification body” means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder

   

  1.              Live-in full-time staff.

   

  2.              We will maintain an active and positive relationship with the police and local authority.

   

  3.              We do not serve alcohol. If we hire out rooms for private events inclusive of alcohol, we will request that the person hiring the room applies for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for the sale of Alcohol.

   

  4.              The Premises Licence Holder and staff will ensure that procedures are in place to prevent anti-social behaviour and crime and disorder from occurring at the premises.

   

  Public safety

   

  1.              We will maintain an active and positive relationship with the police and local authority.

   

  2.              We do not serve alcohol. If we hire out rooms for private events inclusive of alcohol, we will request that the person hiring the room applies for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for the sale of Alcohol.

   

  3.              The Premises Licence Holder and staff will ensure that procedures are in place to prevent anti-social behaviour and crime and disorder from occurring at the premises.

   

  4.              Our target populations are families and senior citizens.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

  The protection of children from harm

   

  1.              We only hire staff who have DBS clearance.

   

  2.              No persons under the age of 18 years will be permitted in the premises after 2100 hours, unless they are consuming a meal in the company of a responsible adult, in which case they will not be permitted in the premises after 2200 hours with the exception of what follows:

                no persons under the age of 18 years will be permitted in the premises after 2200 hours unless they attend a pre-arranged private function in the company of a responsible adult and where the premises are closed to the public.
