General
1. All staff shall wear name badges indicating job title.
2. The majority of the hotel shall have a non smoking policy with the exception of the Sun Lounge and 50% of the Bar area.
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. 18 CCTVs shall cover all of the Boundaries, Entrances, Bar and Dining areas; internally 15 cameras record on a multiplex tape and copies held for a month.
2. Individuals who appear intoxicated shall be refused alcohol.
Public safety
1. The hotels L2 fire alarm system shall be serviced regularly and checked weekly.
2. Emergency lights shall offer escape routes in the event of fire and must be checked monthly.
3. Exit routes must be kept clear at all times.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. Noise levels shall not be excessive from entertainers or sound system.
2. All windows and doors must be kept closed when entertainment continues after 23.30hrs to reduce external noise.
3. Non residents shall be asked to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion.
4. Rubbish and empty bottles shall be removed during daytime hours.
The protection of children from harm
1. Entertainment shall be aimed at family participation.
2. ID must be produced by an individual who appears to be underage requesting alcohol.
