The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Till drawers must be removed at the end of the night and the drawer left open and empty.
2. An alarm must be provided on the premises.
3. Outside lighting must be provided.
4. A night light shall be provided in the shop.
5. People under the influence of drugs or who are drunk and disorderly must not be tolerated on the premises.
Public Safety
1. A first aid box must be provided and maintained on the premises.
2. Fire safety equipment must be provided and maintained on the premises.
3. An annual fire check must be carried out.
4. Staff must be trained in emergency procedures.
5. Illuminated exit signs must be provided.
6. Exits must be kept free from obstruction at all times.
7. Altro safety non slip flooring shall be provided in the shop.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Bottle disposal shall be conducted during daylight hours.
2. Rubbish produced must be kept in secure bins at the back of the premises.
3. Patrons and staff must be asked to leave quietly.
4. Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises will not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
5. The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen will operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Suitable identification must be sought from anyone trying to purchase alcohol who appears to be under the age of 18.
2. Staff must be trained in procedures relating to the sale of alcohol to persons who may be under the age of 18.
3. Hot surfaces must not be accessible to the public.
