CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. There shall be allowed to consume alcohol in each room in the hotel.
2. The hotel shall operate a 100% non-smoking policy.
3. The hotel shall not provide accommodation for children (under 18) or for single sex groups (i.e. 3 or more) or same sex couples unless of a mature adult age.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The hotel shall cater only for residents and their occasional visiting friends and families.
2. In the event of any doubt as to age of residents in their late teens, or friends of residents, the hotel shall request ID.
3. The staff shall ask all guests to maintain vigilance in ensuring from doors are kept locked shut to prevent entry by unauthorised persons.
4. Staff shall ask the guests to take their drinks either to their table or to one of the public lounges.
Public Safety
1. The fire safety measures, with which the premises are provided, shall be maintained in good working order, and their adequacy shall be determined on a regular basis by the carrying our of a fire risk assessment, as required by, and in accordance with the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations.
2. There must undertake to maintain a safe occupancy level.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. There must not allow drinking on the garden/patio area after 10.30pm.
2. There must not clear the bar or any refuse from the premises to the outside bins after 10.30pm.
3. There shall be vigilance to ensure no resident, staff or family member shal behave in any way that may cause a nuisance to the guests or neighbours.
4. They must ensure that delivery, collections and storage actrivities are carried out during normal office hours.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Children shall only be allowed on the premises if accompanied by their parent(s), or the guest(s) or the proprietor they were visiting.
2. Children must not be served alcohol.
3. They must ask for ID if unsure about a teenagers age.
