General
1. The licensees shall maintain a high standard of safety and prevention of crime and disorder by working closely and co-operatively with other agencies.
2. Reasonable disabled facilities shall be available.
3. The licensees shall work closely with business neighbours and residents in the surrounding area to prevent public nuisance to them by preventing disturbances by patrons leaving and arriving the premises.
4. Children shall be restricted entry at certain times and to certain areas of the premises.
5. No additional patrons shall be admitted after 01.00.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV shall monitor the premiss at all times and videos shall be kept for 28 days.
2. Safe capacity shall be maintained within the premises by trained register door supervisors during times when public entertainment is offered.
3. There shall be inclusion on the 'Nitenet' scheme.
4. There shall be inclusion on the block exclusion system operated by the constabulary.
5. Staff shall be trained to ensure a responsible approach to alcohol sales and not participate in 'heavily discounted' drinks promotions.
6. There shall be zero tolerance on any activity involving illicit drugs.
7. No additional patrons shall be admitted after 01.00.
Public Safety
1. The premises shall adhere to a safe capacity.
2. There shall be reasonable facilities for persons with a disability.
3. There shall be adequate staff training.
4. Fire Exits shall always be clear.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. There shall be air conditioning.
2. There shall prevent disturbances by patrons arriving and leaving the premises.
3. Staff must ensure they leave the premises quietly.
4. There must ensure that rubbish is contained in bins/skips.
5. Bottle emptying must be done in daylight hours.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Children shall only be admitted between the hours of 08.00 and 19.00 and shall only be admimtted on the lower ground level.
2. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Staff shall be required to ask for photo identification to verify a young persons age. These being, a passport, photocard driving licence, HM Forces identity card.
4. The provision of topless bar staff shall only be within the upstairs bar from 20.00hrs and shall not be seen from the street.
5. Security personnel shall ensure that no person under the age of eighteen enter the entire premises from 19.00hrs until close.
6. Notices shall offer a warning sign stating that there are topless bar staff and will again clearly state 'NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE ADMITTED".
7. No images of the topless bar staff shall be displayed outside the premises.
