On New Years Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day.
The premises may be open to residents 24 hours a day.
Alcohol may be sold or supplied tco residents at any time. (See Annexe 2, Condition 1)
ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.
2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions transferred from the Residential and Restaurant Licence
1 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to:
(a) Persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal, or
(b) Persons residing there or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such a person or his private friends so entertained by him either on the premises, or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
3. There shall be afforded in the premises for persons provided with board and lodging for reward, adequate sitting accommodation in a room not used or to be used for sleeping accommodation, for the service or substantial refreshment or for the supply or consumption of intoxicating liquor.
Conditions transferred from the Supper Hours Certificate
Alcohol may be sold or supplied for one hour following the end of permitted hours and on Christmas day, between 3pm and 7pm to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the premises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes or in other parts of the premises the permitted hours shall continue to apply.
Restrictions Transferred From The Restaurant And Restaurant Licence
The restrictions related to the permitted hours do not prohibit:
(a) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals.
(b) consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the premises.
