General
1. There shall be no entry or re-entry after 01.00.
2. Drinks shall be served in shatterproof glasses.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV must be in good working order.
2. SIA trained doormen must be present on days the premises is open after midnight.
3. There shall be a wide range of soft drinks available.
4. There shall be a 30 minute wind down period.
5. No money shall be left on site after closing.
6. Anybody who appears to be drunk shall not be served.
Public Safety
1. All safety checks and systems shall be maintained.
2. First Aid boxes shall be present and maintained.
3. Accidents records shall be present and kept up to date.
4. There shall be signage for spillages.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Recorded and live music must be reduced to background levels during wind down period.
2. Notices shall be situated to remind people to leave quietly.
3. Kitchen extract filters shall be cleaned regularly to minimise impact of cooking smells on neighbours.
4. All windows and doors must be closed after 11pm.
5. Deliveries and rubbish shall be before 7pm.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Any persons under 21 shall be asked for ID if attempting to purchase alcohol, no ID, no sale.
2. There shall be no children after 9pm and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all other items.
