ANNEXE 2
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. A telephone number shall be made available and displayed in a prominent location where it can conveniently be read from the exterior of the premises by the public for local residents to contact in the case of noise-nuisance or anti-social behaviour by persons or activities associated with the premises. The telephone number will be a direct number to the management who are in control during opening hours. A record will be kept by management of all calls received, including the time, date and information of the caller, including action taken following the call. Records will be made available for inspection and copying by an authorised officer of a responsible authority throughout the trading hours of the premises.
2. The CCTV system will continually record whilst the premises are open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises. All recordings will be stored for a minimum period of 28 days with date and time stamping. Viewable copies of recordings will be provided on request to the Police and local authority officers as soon as is reasonably practicable.
Public safety
1. No advertisements of any kind (including placard, poster, sticker, flyer, picture, letter, sign or other mark) that advertises or promotes the establishment, its premises, or any of its events, facilities, goods or services shall be inscribed or affixed upon the surface of the highway or street furniture, or upon any building, structure, works, tree etc. not in the ownership or control of the Premises Licence Holder, or be distributed to the public.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. When issues are identified approaches will be made to patrons, who will be asked not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises and asked to leave the vicinity as quickly and quietly as possible.
2. During the final hour of trading appropriate announcements will be made or images/notices to remind patrons of the need to leave the premises quietly without causing annoyance, nuisance or disturbance to local residents and to advise patrons of any taxi free-phone or collection arrangements available upon the premises.
The protection of children from harm
1. We will make sure the licensed environment remains safe and appropriate for children and young people living there.
2. Ensure that the adults responsible for supervising children are not intoxicated.
3. Secure access points to the living quarters to prevent the public entering private areas.
4. All points of entry monitored by security staff/CCTV.
5. Contact the police for help if customers engage in criminal or dangerous behaviour.
6. Any incident or concern for child welfare will be reported to the police.
