The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises shall be alarmed at the end of the night.
2. Till drawers shall be removed at the end of the night and the till left open and empty.
3. Drunk and disorderly behaviour must not be tolerated.
Public Safety
1. An accident book and first aid box must be provided.
2. Fire exits must be kept free from obstruction.
3. Fire safety equipment and emergency lighting must be in place.
4. Fire checks must be conducted annually.
5. Chefs shall be trained in basic food hygiene.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Bottle disposal must be conducted during daylight hours.
2. A taxi telephone number shall be provided for patrons.
3. Cooking or persistent smells from the premises must not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
4. The mechanical extract system installed within the kitchen shall operate in such a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. No cigarette or gaming machines permitted on the premises.
2. Suitable identification must be sought from any person who appears to be under the age of 18.
3. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
4. Staff must be trained in procedures relating to the sale of age restricted products.
