CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. Premises will provide a space to hold children's birthday parties.
2. Premises will be restricting parties to under 12's only.
3. The premises will not be allowing any alcohol on to the premises.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. 24 hour CCTV available at all times.
2. Premises will be supervised by staff at all times.
3. Parents will be present throughout the party.
Public Safety
1. CCTV monitoring premises.
2. Party room is fully matted underfoot to prevent injuries.
3. Fire alarm system, emergency lighting and fire escapes will be kept up to date.
4. First aid kit available at all times on the site.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The premises will keep noise down to a minimum outside.
2. Doors and exits will be closed to stop noise travelling.
3. Parents will be asked to supervise children on arrival and on leaving the premises.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Supervision of children while on premises, at all times.
2. All staff will have DBS checks.
3. Access to and from party areas will have stair-gates.
4. Electrical fittings all up out of children's reach.
