•  

  MANDATORY CONDITION:  WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

   

  1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
   

  ()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
   

  ()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

   

  2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.                             (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

                                    (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of  age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification               bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

• General

   

   

  1.              Initial and continuing staff training shall be carried out by the Designated Premises Supervisor with reference to the Licensing Act 2003.

   

  2.               The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 scheme.

   

  3.               A refusals log book shall be kept to record details of all refusals to sell age-restricted products.

   

  4.               The premises shall have a scanning control system in place.

   

   

  The Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

   

  1.               Licensable goods shall be situated in a secure and observable location within the store and the warehouse.

   

  2.               Staff shall use a refusals log book to record all instances of disorder and refusals to sell age-restricted products.

   

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

   

  1.               The premises shall have an alarm system.

   

  2.               Staff shall receive ongoing training including awareness of the Challenge 25 scheme.

   

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

   

  1.              Licensable goods shall be situated in a secure and observable location within the store and the warehouse.

   

  2.               The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 scheme.

  ANNEXE 3

   

  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

• The Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  1.              A CCTV system of an evidential standard shall be installed to the satisfaction of the Local Authority and the Police. The System shall be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings must be kept for a minimum of 14 days and pthe Police shall be access at all reasonable times.
