  ANNEXE 1

   

  MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

   

  1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
   

  ()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
   

  ()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

   

  2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3)              (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

  (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy.

   

  (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either:-

   

  (a) a holographic mark, or

   

  (b) an ultraviolet feature.

   

  4)              A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price.

  ANNEXE 2

   

  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

   

  General

   

  1.              CCTV shall be installed with infra red night time vision.

   

  2.              There shall be shutters on the front and back entrance.

   

  3.              A monitored alarm shall be installed.

   

  4.              Staff shall be trained to deal with drunks and run Challenge 21 policy.

   

  5.              Sensible drinking posters shall be displayed.

   

  6.              The licensee shall liaise with local PCSO regularly.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.              CCTV shall be installed with 24 hour recording and kept for 21 days.

   

  2.              All alcohol shall be bagged at point of sale to prevent opening before leaving premises.

   

  3.              There shall be responsible promotions on alcohol.

   

  4.              Staff shall be trained to deal with responsible alcohol retailing.

   

  5.              Tills shall be left open and empty at end of trading day.

   

  6.              There shall be shutters on front door of premises.

   

  7.              There shall be clear signage stating times of licensable activities.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.              There shall be posters displayed to promote sensible drinking.

   

  2.              There shall be sensible promotions on alcohol.

   

  3.              First aid box shall be kept on the premises.

   

  4.              No trip hazards shall be left on the floor.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.              Deliveries shall only be accepted in daylight hours.

   

  2.              Front of premises shall be cleaned up at the end of the day and any litter cleared up.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.              Challenge 21 shall be adopted with only proof of age accepted being passport, driving licence or pass ID.

   

  2.              Alcohol shall be displayed close to counter.

   

  3.              Spirits shall be kept behind the counter and a refusal log kept.
