General
1. The licence holder shall make sure that he has taken suitable and sufficient measures to regulate behaviour and prevent crime and disorder in and around the premises.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. There shall be signs clearly visible on the restrictions on who can buy alcohol and will not sell alcohol to someone already drunk.
2. There shall be shutters at the front of premises and roll down shutter to rear.
Public Safety
1. There shall be a fire extinguisher.
2. There shall be effective and responsible management of premises.
3. There shall be a first aid box on the premises.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Patrons shall be asked to leave the shop quietly and not gather outside premises.
2. Litter bins shall be provided.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Proof of age cards, passport and driving licence shall be used as acceptable forms of ID.
2. Alcohol shall be in full view of the counter.
3. A refusals book shall be kept on the premises.
4. All staff shall be trained in under age procedures and to check for ID.
