MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              No drunk and disorderly persons shall be allowed on the premises.

2.              All persons consuming alcohol shall be sat at tables.

3.              A substantial food menu shall be available at all times.

Public Safety

1.              Both fire exists shall be well signed.

2.              There shall be all appropriate fire extinguishers.

3.              There shall be a first aid kit.

4              There shall be an accident book.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              All rubbish shall be kept in locked bin.

2.              There shall be appropriate ventilation so odours, smells, do not cause a nuisance to nearby property.

3.              All bottles shall be removed before 9pm only.

The Protection of Children from Harm

1.              There shall be no cigarette sales.

2.              All staff shall ask for ID.

3.              There shall be a refusal book kept on the premises.
