General
1. All staff shall be trained in promotion of licensing objectives, including social responsibilities relating to the sale of alcohol, and shall liaise with other local licence holders.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. No disorderly behaviour shall be tolerated.
2. Spirits shall be displayed behind the counter.
3. Till drawers shall be removed when shop closed.
Public Safety
1. Fire safety equipment shall be kept in good order.
2. Emergency exists shall be kept clear at all times.
3. Incident/Refusal Log Book shall be kept.
4. First aid box shall be maintained.
5. No smoking signs shall be clearly displayed.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Deliveries shall be done during daylight hours to avoid nuisance.
2. Any rubbish shall be securely stored.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. There shall be a strict identification procedure including RU21 Scheme.
2. Staff shall be trained to observe the strict policy.
