1. The premises shall maintain a high standard of safety and prevention of crime and disorder by working closely with and co-operatively with other agencies.
2. The premises shall work closely with business neighbours and residents in the surrounding area to prevent public nuisance.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. There shall be staff training to ensure a responsible approach to alcohol sales.
2. The premises shall not be participating in heavily discounted drinks promotions.
3. CCTV, Store net and Nitenet shall be in operation.
4. The premises must be intruder alarmed.

6. The consumption of alcohol shall be restricted to persons who are seated.
Public Safety
1. The premises shall adhere to a safe capacity.
2. The premises shall provide reasonable assistance to persons with a disability.
3. The premises shall provide adequate staff training.
4. Fire exits shall be clear at all times.
5. Toughened and strengthened glass shall be used for alcohol consumption.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The premises shall ensure that all rubbish is contained in bins.
