The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Food shall be available at all times between 10.00 hrs and 22.00 hrs each day.
2. Alcohol shall be served by waiter/waitress service only.
3. Non-alcoholic beverages shall be available at all times the premises are open to the public.
4. CCTV shall be installed, maintained and used throughout the time that the premises are open to non-residents. CCTV recordings shall be kept for 14 days during which time the premises are open to the public. CCTV recordings shall be kept for 14 days during which time the Police shall have access to the recordings at any reasonable time.
Public Safety
1. The premises public safety risk assessment shall be updated regularly.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The outside area shall be closed at 23.00 hrs each day.
2. The last service of alcohol and/or food to the outside area shall be at 22.30 hrs.
3. Noise shall not emanate from the premises such as to cause disturbance to neighbours.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Proof of age shall be asked for.
2. Staff shall be trained to be alert to the issues of underage drinking.
