The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises shall provide staggered trading hours.
2. Till drawers shall be emptied each night and left open.
3. There shall be ambient lighting inside the premises when closed at night.
Public Safety
1. Fire safety equipment must be provided.
2. Kitchen staff shall be trained in emergency procedures.
3. First aid box must be provided.
4. Safety sign (such as wet floor) shall be provided to alert customers.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Any rubbish produced shall be cleared away and kept in the service bin.
2. Patrons shall be asked to leave quietly at the end of the night.
3. Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
4. The mechanical extract system installed in the kitchen shall be maintained in good order.
5. Disposal of any glass bottles shall be done during daylight hours to minimise disturbance to nearby properties.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Alcohol must not be served to children under the age of 18 years.
2. Staff shall be trained to ask for ID from anyone who appears to be under the age of 21.
