ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

None.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              CCTV must be installed.

2.              Drunk people shall not be allowed.

3.              No cash shall be left overnight.

Public Safety

1.              There must be adequate space for emergency exit or emergency vehicles.

2.              Fire equipment shall be in place.

3.              Exit sign shall be displayed.

4.              Cooking or other smell shall not cause nuisance nearby.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              A please leave quietly notice shall be displayed.

2.              Noise level shall be kept as low as possible.

3.              Doors and windows shall be shut most of the time.

4.              Regular maintenance of equipment shall be carried out so no excess noise is coming out.

5.              Rubbish and bin movement shall be kept to a minimum after 22.30 hours.

The Protection of Children from Harm

1.              No alcohol must be sold to under 18's.

2.              ID must be checked and date of birth worked out.

3.              Children must be accompanied by an adult.

4.              No ID no sale poster shall be displayed.
