General
1. Supply of alcohol shall be on any football match day from a time 15 minutes after the commencement of the match to a time 15 minutes after the half-time interval with consumption to be concluded within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the half-time interval.
2. The Designated Premises Supervisor or a Personal Licence holder shall be present within the stadium at all times that alcohol is supplied.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. No alcoholic beverages shall be taken from the licensed premises into the stadium.
2. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed in view of or from the stadium.
3. CCTV covering the premises in positions agreed with the Police and the Council shall be provided and maintained in good working order. The CCTV must continually record during the supply of alcohol hours and the recordings must be retained for a minimum of 14 days and made available to the Police if required.
4. A minimum of 2 (two) SIA accredited stewards shall be positioned, at all times alcohol is supplied, on the steps from the Premises to the stadium, to ensure compliance with these conditions.
5. A radio link shall be maintained between the bar area and the Police Control Room on match days.
6. Alcohol shall not be served in glasses or glass bottles and shall only be served in polycarbonate glasses, plastic glasses, plastic bottles or cans.
7. No disorder within the area of the licensed premises shall be tolerated.
8. Cash till drawers shall be removed when the bar is not in operation.

The Protection of Children from Harm
1. There must be no sale of alcohol to persons under the age of eighteen.
2. To prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of eighteen suitable written proof of age from young people attempting to purchase alcohol, in accordance with documents specified by Torbay Council's "statement of licensing policy" shall be obtained.
3. No persons under the age of sixteen shall be permitted in the area in front of the bar (area shown hatched on the licensing plan) during licensed hours unless they are accompanied by an adult. A sign shall be displayed stating "no unaccompanied persons under the age of sixteen beyond this point".
